We have many years of experience in building, remodeling, cabinetry, flooring, installing plumbing fixtures and appliances as well as most home maintenance needs. Our goal is to provide affordable home maintenance. Weekend work is offered at no extra fee or overtime charge.

This home was renovated for a person with mobility issues who needed everything on 1 floor. Take a look at what we did.

This home we converted for a client with mobility issues.

Where the kitchen is now was originally the master bedroom.

Original kitchen area in the back of the home was modified into the new master bedroom with attached bath and 1st floor laundry.

Custom table to sit 10 with matching wall hutches we also; built to finish the area making it perfect for the client’s large family.

This is the master bathroom.

Were the shower is installed was originally the stairwell going to the basement.

To the right of the shower is the utility room where the water heater and power were both relocated to from the basement. The water heater was also upgraded to a tankless system.

The Laundry area is designed for either Stacked or Side by Side washer & dryer.
